What is Pleieboka?
Pleieboka is a digital service book for car care. Every treatment, inspection and signing is recorded against the car, so the history follows the car through changes of ownership — just as a service book should follow the car.
Who is Pleieboka for?
For detailers and car-care businesses who want to document their work, and for car dealers who want to show a complete service history. The customer needs no account to read the history.
What does Pleieboka cost?
500 kr per month per business, excl. VAT. The price includes unlimited cars and users. You start with 7 days free, and there is no commitment.
Is there a commitment or notice period?
No. You can cancel at any time. If you end the subscription, billing stops at the end of the current payment period.
How does QR logging work?
You print one QR label per car. The detailer scans the label with their mobile, picks a service from their own catalogue and signs. The entry is time-stamped and added to the car's service book.
What happens to the history when the car gets a new owner?
The car-related facts — which treatments have been carried out — endure. Personal data about the previous owner is anonymised. The new owner does not see the previous owner's contact information.
Can the customer see what's been done to the car?
Yes. The car owner gets a signed link to a readable timeline of all work on the car — without logging in or a password.
Can several detailers work on the same car?
Yes. The treatment history is shared between the businesses that have onboarded the car, but customer data and service catalogues are kept private to each business.
