Who is responsible

Msales Norway AS (org. no. 919 627 433) is the controller for personal data on the pleieboka.no website and at signup. Questions go to [email protected].

Signing up

When you register a business we receive the organisation number, the company name (from the Brønnøysund Register Centre), your name and your email address. We use it to create the account and send your sign-in link. The account is stored with Supabase in the EU (Stockholm), and email is sent via Resend. The legal basis is the agreement you enter into with us (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the website is used, such as which pages are read and where visitors come from. This covers the public pages only, not the app after you sign in. Google cookies are only set if you click "Accept".

If you click "Decline", or make no choice, no cookies are set. Google still receives basic, anonymous signals without cookies or identifiers (Google Consent Mode), used to estimate overall traffic. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.

Google Ireland Ltd. is our processor. Data may be transferred to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Cookies and storage

• _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, 2 years). Only with consent.
• msale_consent_v1 (stored in your browser). Remembers your choice so we don't ask on every page.
• Supabase sign-in cookies and NEXT_LOCALE (language choice). Needed for the app to work.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion, and you can withdraw consent. Contact us at the address above. If you think we handle data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
